My drive, sidewalk and patio are absolutely beautiful. They weren’t the lowest price but their work is the best. These people are artists and if you want a truly elegant look to your home, call them. All the employees are polite, personable and knowledgeable. I still can’t believe how much work goes into a quality job. They also clean the site every day and although the work is messy, its in perfect condition when they leave.
Tom and I are very happy how our cement art turned out by Monaco Concepts. We would highly recommend them to everyone.
Tony and his team are artists. We had 1,800 sq ft of patio and pool deck redone by Monaco Concepts. Gone are the cracks and salt stains, replaced by beautiful slate rock deck. The results are phenomenal. The Monaco team shows up on time, respect your property, are clean and have fun! We highly recommend Monanco.
We just bought a home in Palm Springs, and all of the pool decking needed to be replaced. We received quotes from 4 companies, but it was clear from the beginning that Monaco was the most professional and knowledgable of all of them. From beginning to end, the project went along without any problems. The only glitch wad when we made the wrong color choice, (our fault), but the company worked with us until the job was to our satisfaction. The manager, Aaron, was amazing and was responsible for a great final result. We would highly recommend Monaco to everone!
I’m not one to write reviews, but this needs to be said. These guys are true pros. First thing they did was come out to our property to see what was involved. Then they drove us around to several projects they have done in the area so we could see the quality of their work and get an idea of what we wanted to do with our concrete. We were extremely impressed and hired them on the spot. They explained each step of the process and gave us an estimate of how long the job would take to complete. They stuck to the schedule despite record high temperatures. When the prep work was done, it was time to lay down the color. It requires a lot of experience to create a blend of colors that will match whatever is already there, in our case an adjacent stamped concrete patio, a stacked-stone fire pit and the pool tiles. There is no recipe, and there is no going back. They had to get it right, and they did. They nailed it! We could not be happier. From beginning to end, this was a class act. Each day, the crew let us know when they were leaving in case we had any questions. At the end of the job, they cleaned up all the stray debris that finds its way into the flower beds and the pool, whereas most vendors just leave that stuff lying around when their job is done. I cannot recommend Monaco Concepts highly enough. I’d give them 20 stars if that were an option.
