- What drew you to this field?
My brother, Matt Lallas, and I have been in the outdoor living design and build business since 1985. We saw the increasing value of interlocking pavers as a building material for outdoor living and commercial space. As well as the increasing quality and use of synthetic grass. We have been growing the company by enhancing the long term strength of beauty of clients’ projects for now over two decades in Southern California.
- What’s the most valuable professional lesson you’ve learned?
The entire team understands that they don’t get what they want until the client gets what they want. Everything the entire team stands for lends itself to be a true partner when tackling any property improvement project.
- What’s your proudest professional moment?
Modern Paving expanded to the Greater Bay Area with help of the design and build experience of Steven Molof, Gary McCann and David Tetrault.
