Our process enables you to customize your tile design –without limits. We help bring your imagination to life through our hands—with our design team alongside you every step of the way.
Drawing on more than 1,000 customizable designs, you can choose your materials, patterns, even color placement. And we won’t begin the manufacturing process until you are completely satisfied.
To handcraft your tiles, we work with our exclusive artisan factory, ensuring consistent quality in every piece. In addition to traditional ceramics and stone, we utilize rare stones, precious metals, salvaged materials, and recycled glass, combined with eco-friendly and state-of-the-art manufacturing.
And finally, to make sure that your materials are received in perfect condition, pieces are carefully wrapped, enclosed in a protective crate, and shipped to your front door—ready to be unpacked for the big reveal and installation.

Production
From concept to completion. Maison puts the entire process under one roof, delivering the entire design, manufacturing and distribution experience for curated luxury tiles and mosaics.
Our production processes have been developed over the course of a lifetime working in tile, since our founders got their start in the field, cutting tile, mixing thinset, and grouting joints.
The custom tile process starts with creating drawings and renderings of your project, precisely fit to size so there are no surprises on the job site. Then, we match slabs of only the finest materials, discarding anything with even the slightest imperfections.
From there, the artisans at our dedicated factory get to work, using both the latest tile-cutting technologies to ensure precision as well as time-tested hand-honing techniques that create a one-of-a-kind look.
We also understand the importance of knowing the status of your project. From production approval photos to samples to the moment your tiles have shipped, we’ll keep you informed every step of the way.
