Dr. Adriana Gonzalez-Lipp, D.O.

Dr. Gonzalez-Lipp is a Redlands native, earning two bachelor’s degrees in biology and business with a minor in biochemistry from the University of Redlands. She earned her medical degree from Western University of Health Sciences and completed her residency training at Kaiser Permanente Fontana before opening the doors of the medical practice in 2016. Dr. Gonzalez-Lipp prioritizes preserving and enhancing natural beauty. She wants you to feel like the best version of yourself, not an augmented copy of social media. She values a maintenance and prevention driven approach, and views patient education as a cornerstone of treatment. Dr. Gonzalez-Lipp takes the time to develop a customized plan and, using the most up-to-date medical evidence, advanced skill set, and artistic eye, delivers natural
looking results.

Dr. Michael B. Lipp, D.O.

Dr. Michael Lipp is a board-certified dermatologist and fellowship-trained in cosmetic dermatologic surgery. A Southern California native, Dr. Lipp earned his bachelor’s degree in molecular, cell and developmental biology from the University of California, Los Angeles (UCLA) and his medical degree from Western University of Health Sciences. After completing an internship year in general surgery at Texas College of Osteopathic Medicine-Plaza Medical Center of Fort Worth, Dr. Lipp went on to complete his residency in dermatology at Lake Erie College of Osteopathic Medicine-Larkin Community Hospital Palm Springs in Miami, Florida serving as a chief resident. Following dermatology residency, Dr. Lipp was selected to complete an extra year of training at Cosmetic Laser Dermatology in San Diego, California through the American Society of Dermatologic Surgery, one of the nation’s top cosmetic dermatologic surgery fellowships. With a passion for advancing research in the cosmetic field, Dr. Lipp has served as a sub-investigator on several cosmetic clinical trials and has co-authored several book chapters and peer reviewed articles in dermatologic journals on cosmeceuticals, cosmetic injectables, lasers, liposuction, on-invasive body contouring, cellulite, skin tightening, male aesthetics, and cosmetic complications. Dr. Adriana Gonzalez-Lipp is a board-certified physician specializing in aesthetic medicine and is the founder and CEO of Skin Aesthetica.
